Records hold content and metadata about content. What you've entered so far would be considered metadata about content. Common content scenarios are...

• Simple content stored in the Additional Notes field. (Ok, we did throw this field into the last lesson.)
• External content available on the web with a url to the content in the Related Links.
• Complex content uploaded as a file into the record.
