This session will provide an overview of the four-futures process that was used with Wisconsin public library representatives, as well as a discussion of outcomes that were gleaned from this process. Particular attention will given to parallels of the public library outcomes with NSDL, ways NSDL could use this technique, and implications this approach has for developing a evaluation strategy for any project.
