Not sure how to handle contributors. Use reference to node(s) vs. using Drupal's Authoring Information. I lean toward the former b/c I believe that Drupal's Authoring Info is purely related to who was logged in when the node was created.

Uploaded content file name format: mmmyy_dc_cc.html, where dc is department code, ex. pl for professional learning, and cc is column code, ex. sc for science content
