Sustaining Digital Resources: Training Curriculum for PIs

In this session, members of the Ithaka S+R group will provide an overview of our sustainability research and an update on our activities since our presentation at the NSDL 2009 annual meeting. We will then engage in a facilitated conversation with the audience that will focus on the sustainability challenges facing NSDL project leaders at various stages of their work: projects that have just been funded, projects completing their first year of work, and projects entering into their third year of funding. The goal of this discussion will be to engage the NSDL community in identifying the issues that need to be addressed most urgently in sustainability planning for educational digital resources.
