Information: http://www.dana-wh.net/ The Digital Archive Network for Anthropology and World Heritage (DANA) is a Java-based archiving system that allows for a distributed, federated, network of databases. In other words, DANA is an archive for access to and preservation of human cultural and biological heritage materials. The archive actually consists of multiple, linked, Internet-accessible databases that are maintained by institutions and individuals around the globe. DANA-WH contains an array of textual, metric, and visual information for education and research, including accurate 3D models of heritage objects.;Requirements: Sun Microsystem's Java, Java Web Start, and Java3D.
