Answer

This is a very complicated problem. Human speech can be a very difficult thing for a computer to understand. The most sophisticated commercially available software out there must be trained to understand the individual user. Generally this is done by the user reading a preformed set of sentences or paragraphs so that the computer can learn the user's speech manerisms. Because of the nature of language it is very difficult for the computer to convert entire sentences from one language to another. I don't know of any software that is currently available to convert text from one language to another with any degree of reliability. This is no small task. http://vrd.askvrd.org/services/answerschema.xml
