Title: Do I need to keep checking the AskNSDL web site or do the questions get forwarded to my email inbox?
Information: You can do it either way. You will be notified by email if you have selected the options on your profile of being notified by email of new questions that match your subject and audience categories, as well as any follow up responses. Anytime you want to change this, just login and click on the tab that says "Update profile." However, it's helpful to login and check "My Questions" because you will only be notified when the patron initially submits the query. Before you registered, questions may have been submitted that you can answer, and, sometimes, we change the categories for subject and audience because the patron has selected such a narrow range that not all qualified experts will be notified by email.
