A new user survey report on the use of NSDL.org is available from NSDL's Technical Network Services.  It summarizes the results of user survey implemented on nsdl.org for two weeks in April 2010. 

NSDL Technical Network Services releases Community Evaluation Summary Report

NSDL Technical and Network Services (TNS) has initiated a biannual interview process with NSDL Pathways, partners and projects as part of an ongoing evaluation effort. The Spring 2010 interview focused on community opinion about the value, utility, and perceived quality of TNS operations in support of services and tools, and community engagement.

The draft report of Metrics Recommendations and Resources for NSDL Projects is now available. The document contains an overview of which metrics are userful for assessing digital library activities, make recommendations on how to collect those metrics, and provide vignettes from projects on how they are connecting activities, data, and impacts. We are requesting input from the NSDL community and beyond through the Metrics Interest Group on the NSDL Community site -
