I too invited Mad Science to my school and was BLOWN AWAY! The insturctor was excellent and the content was exactly what the children needed to get inspired about science. We need schools to offer more "Mad Science" type activities so that they keep an open mind about science and the technilogical world we live in. One thing is sure... kids benefited tremendously and I am very much looking forward to our next Mad Science visit. I understand that they are a world-wide company that focuses exactly on this type of edutaining experience... they definitely have my vote. I myself teach at an elementary school in Canada and feel the need to have children keep in touch with the basics science during vacations. We organize workshops in premises other than school and invite child workshop organisers. Last year we had invited Mad Science<a href="www.madscience.org" rel="nofollow">. They came organised with all the magical and fun equipment and mesmerised the kids with very little for us teachers to do. And surprisingly that method was more effective us than our rhetoric during regular school hours.
