Creating and reviewing resources for digital library collections is a complex process. Each library approaches this task in different ways, depending on the nature of the resources, the audiences being addressed, and other factors. The following examples of resource creation and review rubrics, collected during a survey of NSDL projects in 2006, illustrate how some NSDL projects approach the task of ensuring the quality of their collections.
