Is there any way to be sure you have a girl before pregnancy? Is there any thing you can do to make sure you have a girl when you get pregnant?

Alex, I'm assuming you are referring to the sex of the child when one is pregnant. For natural intercourse, there is no guarantee of the child's sex before or after getting pregnant. For artificial insemination, just check the box off when you fill out the form agreeing to the procedure. It's not a private experience nor a "loving" experience. I recommend the normal method unless the couple is unable to conceive. It also ups the price of conception from, say, a dinner and movie, to thousands of dollars because of the medical procedure and technology that is involved.
