Question

How do you change salt water to drinking water?

Answer

There are a couple of different ways. One way is to heat up the water, turning some of it to steam. The steam doesn't have any salt in it. You then capture the steam as it's coming off of the hot water, and let it cool down in some other container, and you have fresh water! Another way is to have a filter with very very small holes -- so small that the water molecules can pass through one at a time, but the salt ions can't fit. Then you push the water through the filter -- more pure water!
