what is the donor and acceptor level energies in GaAs and Si

<P>Hi,<BR>I could not find the actualy energy levels, but was able to find the difference between the two, known as the band gap. The band gap for GaAs is 1.43 eV and for Si is 1.11 eV.<BR><BR>I hope this helps,<BR>Paul</P>
